A read-only window into the family — only the parts they choose.
CareCalendar gives the family one calm place to coordinate. When a professional joins, they read in the browser — bound to the scopes the family granted and the expiry the family set. Server-side enforcement, not just UI.

“Instead of asking the family for screenshots, I read the original record. Saves a whole intake meeting.”

The case
The record was already there. You just need to see the relevant slice.
By the time you're involved, the family has weeks or months of structured activity — schedule, messages, expenses, documents. Rather than asking them to assemble screenshots, you read the original record, scoped to what they consent to share.

How it works
From invite to read-only view in under a minute.
The family invites you from their Professional Access screen — picking scopes (schedule · messages · documents · expenses · children), an expiry date and an optional note. You receive a unique sign-in link. In the browser, you see a dashboard that shows only the granted scopes for that family workspace.
Per-module toggles. Anything outside your grant is hidden in navigation and blocked on direct links.
Every invite carries an expiry. The next page load enforces revocation — even mid-session.
No message sending. No record editing. No billing access. No PDF downloads in the current release.
What you'll see
The same record both households were already using.
Messages on the record, the custody schedule with public holidays and school terms, the shared expense ledger with receipts attached. Nothing reconstructed for you — the same data the family has been building day-to-day.
Original records, not screenshots or reconstructions
Each entry is timestamped and append-only
Schedule · messages · documents · expenses · children
