Pricing & subscription

Does each adult need to pay?

No. One Premium Family subscription covers the whole family workspace — parents, stepparents, grandparents and carers — with no per-seat charge.

Where do I cancel?

Bought on web — use the Stripe Customer Portal from the Billing screen. Bought on mobile — cancel via your store subscription page.

Is there a free tier?

Yes. Free covers the day-to-day basics including viewing, Safety Mode and up to 10 documents and 10 expense receipts.

Privacy & safety

Who can I invite to my family?

Whoever helps raise your kids — the other parent, a stepparent or partner, grandparents, and any regular carer. Each invite has its own scope, so they only see what you choose.

What is Safety Mode?

When Safety Mode is on, addresses, locations and secondary contact details are hidden from shared views and exports — without losing them from your own records.

Where are my files stored?

Private storage buckets, scoped to your family. Downloads are only served via short-lived signed links — there are no public URLs.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Request deletion from the Account & Privacy screen — it begins a retention-window workflow before final erasure.

Professional access

Can I revoke access?

Yes. Revoke from the Professional Access screen — the next page load blocks the grant, even mid-session.

Platforms
