The schedule is the spine of the workspace. Custody blocks, family events, school terms and AU public holidays sit in one view that every parent, stepparent, grandparent and carer can read — colour-coded by assigned adult, Safety-Mode-aware on locations.

Review-based two-way sync to Google and Microsoft calendars keeps the workspace in step with whatever calendar each adult already uses. ICS export ships any date range to a mediator or solicitor without losing structure.

Module 02 · Messages

Calm threads, an immutable record.

One searchable thread per family, with attachments served via short-lived signed links. Sent timestamps and read receipts give both households the same picture of what was said and when. Nothing can be quietly edited or deleted.

Per-thread mute, word filters and gentle de-escalation prompts keep the heat down on the harder days. The Premium PDF export carries an append-only note, ready for mediation or court if it ever comes to that.

Module 03 · Records & Documents

Everything about the kids, indexed and findable.

Per-child profiles for school, GP, medications, allergies, routines and emergency contacts. The information a carer or grandparent actually needs — ready to read when they need it, not buried in someone else's phone.

Alongside profiles, the document vault holds court orders, school reports, medical letters and immunisation records — tagged, scoped per record, version-tracked. Files are served via short-lived signed links only; there are no public URLs.

Receipts on the line they belong to.

Log school fees, medical bills, uniforms and activities with the receipt attached to the entry — not lost in your camera roll. Net balance honours whatever split percentage you set, including uneven shares per child.

Filter the ledger by status, category, payer, owed-by or date range. Export as CSV for tax time or as a PDF ledger ready to hand to a mediator. Same template every time, with the family, range, timestamp and disclaimer included.
